ATTENTION UNM NMSIIS Users
Due to the UNMH ransomware cyber attack that occurred on Monday, October 26, 2026 UNMH providers with NMSIIS user and/or data exchange accounts were temporarily suspended as a security precaution until UNMH systems has completed remediation efforts. Thank you for your patience while access was temporarily suspended.
As of Thursday, October 29, 2026, the New Mexico Department of Health (DOH) ITSD Security Office has granted clearance to unsuspend these affected user accounts and re-instate access.
Upon your next login attempt you are required to reset your NMSIIS password. If you encounter any issues resetting your password or accessing NMSIIS, please contact the NMSIIS Help Desk or NMSIIS.Access@doh.nm.gov for assistance.
